Mayonnaise

Red Skinned Potatoes
1/2 cup sliced
1/2 Cup Green Onion
Cut up potatoes and rinse twice with cold water, then bring to boil

Boil eggs for 7 minutes, rinse with cold water and peel

Boil potatoes till cooked but still firm, drain water off and return to pot

Chop pickles

Season potatoes with 1 Tbls seasoning while hot, cover.

Add the cooked bacon!

Add in mixture of mayo and mustard and pickles

Quarter the hard boiled eggs, leaving a few for garnish

Fold in carefully

Adjust seasonings and add extra mayo & mustard if needed
