The Dynamic Choco Gajar Ki Barfi
What you'll need
1/2 Kg
Carrots (Grated)
1/4 cup
Sugar
2 tsp
Cardamom Seeds (Powder)
1/4 cup
Khoya
1/4 cup
Almonds and Pistachio (Crushed)
2 cups
Milk
1/2 cup
Dark chocolate (chopped)
1 cup
Dedicated Coconut
2 tsp
Ghee
1/4 cup
Condensed Milk
Boil 2 cups milk on high flame

Add gratted carrots and cook well until it becomes soft (15 mins)

Add ghee 1 tsp,sugar 1/4 cup, cardamom seeds,and khoya. Cook until it gets dried and keep it aside

Take a pan add 1/2 cup khoya and 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp ghee. Cook well until water gets evaporated. Keep it aside

Use the same pan and add 2 tsp of ghee, 2 cup desicated coconut, 1/4 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup dark chopped chocolate.

Cook until it forms soft dough

Start layering in a plastic container by adding prepared carrot halwa, khoya and coconut chocolate. Keep in refrigerator for 30 mins.

Remove the barfi from the container, garnish it with chopped almonds and pistacho. Also cut it into cubes and add some cashew nuts if you want

Serve it. This is the best christmas gift for your loved ones this year
