Black Coffee: a combination of hot water and coffee. It has no milk or other additives in it, which is why some tend to say it tastes slightly bitter.

Macchiato: is made up of espresso and a small dash of milk. Nowadays, it is common for flavoring syrups to be added.
Affogato: is more of a dessert than a coffee. It is made by pouring espresso over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Latte: consist of espresso, foamed milk, and steamed milk. What differentiates them from cappuccinos is that lattes are made with much more milk.
Doppio: is a double espresso shot. It is the same thing as an espresso shot, just double the size.
Cortado: made up of espresso and steamed milk. The warm milk helps reduce the acidity of the drink. The flavor is described as both intense and sweet.
Red Eye: a combination of espresso and regular drip coffee. The taste depends on the roast/flavor of the base coffee!
