The Perfect Baked Tofu
What you'll need

Sea Salt

Ground Turmeric

Arrowroot Starch

Freshly Ground Pepper

Olive Oil

Extra Firm Organic Tofu
Cut tofu into squares and place on clean dish towel.

Cover with towel and place cutting board on top. Let sit 10 minutes.

Add pressed tofu to a bowl and drizzle with 1 T olive oil. Toss to coat.

Combine spices in a small dish. Sprinkle over tofu and gently toss to coat evenly.

Spread tofu evenly on parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes until edges are lightly brown and crisp.
