The Phuket Jungle Shake - Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Assemble some ripe tropical fruits - banana, mango, passion fruit, orange, lime and coconut water 🍌πŸ₯­πŸŠπŸ‹πŸ₯₯

Peel and dice the mango - if mango is a little sour, add some extra banana.

Next, in with your passion fruit - they can be sour, so 1/2 is enough!

Squeeze the oranges and get all that juicy vitamin C - take the seeds out 1st!

Add some lime zest and a small squeeze of juice

Time to crack open a coconut... pure unadulturated water from the gods πŸ™πŸ₯₯

Chuck it all in a smoothie blender with a few ice cubes - blitz for 30 seconds
