The Softest Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
In a large bowl mix 1/3c maple syrup, 1/3c cashew butter, 1/2c date sugar, 1T ground flaxseeds, and 1T vanilla extract.

Add in 1 1/2c oat flour, 1/2t baking soda, and 1/2t salt. Mix well. Stir in 1/3c oat milk until a dough forms. Then fold in 1/2c chocolate chips.

Roll the dough into two-tablespoon sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking pan and flatten.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
