The Tastiest Green Beans
Melt a tbsp each of coconut & olive oil. Add half a teaspoon each of mustard seeds and onion seeds

Add one rounded teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

Add 3 cups of chopped green beans and 1 tsp salt

Mix in 1/2 tsp of red chili powder and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

Cook uncovered on high heat for 4-5 minutes before stirring, then stir and cook another few minutes

Once the beans are deliciously charred adjust seasoning and add a few sliced green chilies
