Thermomix Peach Galette
Prepare the pastry in the Thermomix

Bring the pastry dough together to form a ball and then pat it down into a disc shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes

In the meantime, prepare the peaches. Thinly slice, add cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch and toss to combine

Roll the chilled pastry in a circle of about 3 mm thick

Arrange the peaches on the pastry

Fold over the edges and pinch together
6
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden
7
Enjoy warm from the oven or with vanilla ice cream
