Thick & Fudgy Dark Chocolate Cookies
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Cream together butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.

Mix together flour, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Set aside.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the blender until well combine. Dough will be thick.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.

When ready to bake roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack.
