Yes, you read that right. Carhenge. Built in 1987 and modeled after Stonehenge, this is surely a unique attraction.
There is no admission charge and visitors can walk right up to and in between the cars. It is definitely worth the stop.

Travel the Oregon Trail to Chimney Rock
Used as a landmark by pioneers crossing the country, this is a cool piece of history.
You can stop by the free visitors center or wander up the path to the lookout area. This is as close as you can get.
