Things You Must Know When Going To Disney World
This guide will give you the most important things to know about your Disney World trip with COVID restrictions
Masks must be worn at all times unless eating or drinking while stationary. This does include for photos!
There are no fast passes and line times are not always accurate. Look for the end of the line sign for the attraction you’re going to
You can book your dining reservations 60 days in advance. I highly recommend you do this ASAP
You must book your park days ahead of time using the My Disney Experience App. If you don’t have a reservation, you won’t get in the park
Lines are socially distanced with spacing markers on the ground and plexiglass barriers. Lines look a lot longer for this reason
All counter service restaurants are using mobile order through the Disney app. Schedule your pick up times ahead of time to avoid waiting.
The parks open later and close earlier. Park hours change frequently so check often
Disney transportation is taking longer because of capacity limits due to social distancing. Give yourself extra time or use rideshare apps.
Rides shut down every few hours to be sanitized, you may wait longer in line for this reason.
There are hand sanitizing stations everywhere and always before and after each ride. Bring your own too since they run out.
Your temperature will be checked before entering any park or Disney Springs.
Not everything is open. Some hotels, food carts and restaurants are still closed.
Park hopping starts at 2pm. You must have a reservation for a park for the day before you can park hop to another (subject to capacity)
It gets hot wearing your mask all day, bring comfortable ones and bring many of them to change into during the day.
Most importantly, have fun in the happiest place on earth!
