Three Ingredient Chana Pulao (Instant Pot)
You will need: canned chickpeas, chopped onion, and rice. Also oil, salt, and water.
Heat oil in instant pot and add chopped onion.
Sauté onions until golden brown & then add drained chickpeas
Now add the rice and mix
Add water and mix. Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
When pressure cooking is complete wait for 1 minute and then do a quick release.
