Thumbprint And Peppermint Bark Cookies
Christmas Cookies 1 Dough 4 Cookies Base
Grab a large golf ball size amount of dough and form a ball.

Coat the cookie dough balls in granulated sugar and place on your cookie sheet. Indent with thumb.

For peppermint bark cookies coat the dough balls in sugar, then press with a fork in a criss cross.

Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.

Let the cookies cool. For the peppermint cookies drizzle melted chocolate on top in one direction.

Drizzle with white chocolate going the opposite way.

Top with crushed peppermint candy.

For the thumbprint cookies: Fill half of them with jam. I like raspberry jam.

Fill the other half with melted chocolate.
