Combine 1 lb of organic ground chicken with 1 shredded carrot and 1 shredded zucchini. Add 1 egg, salt, pepper. Create little balls.

Pour water into a deep pan so there’s about 1.5 inches up. Just before it boils, transfer chicken balls to pan.

They should look like this. Cover and simmer for at least 45 minutes to an hour.

Pour sauce of choice into a pan.

Add the chicken meatballs in and simmer for another 15 minutes.
