Tinsel Painting Revisited
The first step is to choose which size of picture you want to make.
1
There is a variety of tracer shapes for each size.
2
Choose which shape you would like your image to be.
3
Take care to center your tracer as best you can.
4
Take your time to cut as carefully as possible.
5
Don't forget to write your name on the back!
6
If you make more than one letter, the order of the letters needs to be reversed too!
7
You need to make your letter/s into shapes - lines will not work so well.
8
Make sure you have your image the right way round.
9
Tape the acetate down to prevent slipping.
10
Carefully crumple up the foil and take your time straightening it out.
11
Make sure your image is densely colored with as few empty spaces as possible.
12
Try and apply the glue in a nice, even coat.
13
Make sure you apply the glue to the side your name is on.
14
We can't use the paper cutter at present, so we need to trim the edges carefully.
15
Make sure your picture is centered carefully in the frame and don't forget to sign your masterpiece!
