Tips for Training Barefoot
Training barefoot can be challenging. Here are some drills to help you.

When your foot caves in, it’s called pronation. This happens to many of us when we exercise barefoot

This is what happens to your squat when you pronate. It can cause hip and knees issues.

Tip 1: Try rolling out with a small ball to enervate the the 7,000 nerves and muscles of the foot.

Tip 2: The “Short Foot.” Lift the arch and hold for 3-5 seconds to strengthen the foot. Do 10 reps.

Tip 3: Your knees should be aligned with your toes when you squat.
