Assemble your ingredients (soften cream cheese and mascarpone on counter for a while ahead of time.

Mix mascarpone, cream cheese, and vanilla

Mix until incorporated

Add sugar and mix

Fill large zip top bag with cheese mixture. I use a large cup to hold bag upright.

Place bag into fridge to firm back up a bit.

If you want... mix in some Java Momma mocha or cocoa mix with the coffee!

Dunk each cookie into coffee

Layer in bottom of pan. Neatness doesn’t really matter

Snip a corner of the zip bag

To make a piping bag

Neatly (haha) cover cookies with a 1 inch layer of cream cheese filling.

Assemble next layer... you can switch up cookies if you’d like!

Dunk cookies

Place on top of cheese layer.

Add another layer of filling.

Start final layer with cookie of choice. I used the Girl Scout S’mores for top and bottom layers.

Don’t forget to dunk each one in the coffee!

Top with final layer of filling mixture. Make it pretty 😊

Sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired.
