Add milk to one packet of vanilla pudding

Whisk until the mixture thickens and turns into pudding

6 tbsp ground instant coffee

Add 3 cups of hot water

Add 5 tbsp of rum (optional) you can substitute with 3tbsp vanilla

1.5 cups whipped cream

Whip it well

Fold pudding into whipped cream

Fold in mascarpone cheese

Measure lady finger against your pan and cut

Dip biscuits in coffee mix and quickly remove before they get soggy and fall apart. Place in pan

Make sure the biscuits are set close to each other

Do the same for the bottom of the pan

Add half cream filling

Sprinkle with instant coffee

Add remaining cream

Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum

Once chilled, sprinkle generously with cocoa powder and serve
