Beat heavy cream and sugar until peaks form

Add mascarpone cheese to heavy cream mixture

Fold mascarpone mixture into egg yolks

Mix rum with espresso, dip lady fingers and layer into stone or pan
Oops! Sift Cocoa before layering lady fingers!

Layer lady fingers with cream mixture, top with more lady fingers and cream

Sift top with cocoa and sprinkle bittersweet chocolate; refrigerate for at least 4 hours
