Toasted Orzo Skillet With Shrimp
Season 8 oz. large raw shrimp with 1/2 tsp. Lemon Pepper & 1/2 tsp. Greek Rub. Or all Lemon Pepper
Heat 1 TB canola oil in the 10” Nonstick Stainless Steel Skillet & sear shrimp 2-3 min. on each side
Remove shrimp. Add 1 TB butter, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, pressed & 1/2 tsp. salt.
Cook until onion is translucent & fragrant.
Add 1 cup orzo pasta. Stir to toast for 2-3 minutes.
When the orzo is browned, add 1 3/4 cup chicken broth & 1/2 cup frozen peas. Simmer 8 minutes.
Add the juice of 1 lemon, using the Citrus Press.
Add the shrimp back into the pan & 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Top with more grated Parmesan cheese!
