Toasted Seed & Oat Dark Chocolate Bark
Two dark chocolate bars 70% dark or greater

Toast rolled oats and seeds.

Microwave chocolate and 1/4 tsp. coconut oil in 30 second segments until melted and smooth.

Stir chocolate until smooth.

Pour melted chocolate onto a piece of parchment paper.

Top melted chocolate with toasted seeds and flakey sea salt.
