Pour the chocolate chips in a small bowl. Microwave until softened.

They might still look like chips, but they're likely melted enough.

With a small spoon start stirring the chips, and they will all melt.

If not, just microwave for a few more seconds. Don't overcook or else the chocolate will harden.

and espresso powder into the chocolate.

Add the tofu, chocolate mixture, and cocoa to a food processor.

Process until the mixture is completely smooth, scraping the side of the bowl as needed.

Pour in a large bowl, or smaller ones and cover with plastic wrap until chilled.
