200g Silken tofu 30g Sugar 10g Honey 150g All-purpose flour 2 tsp Baking powder Oil for frying Toppings (Cinnamon sugar, Kinako sugar, Cacao sugar)
Mix tofu: Whisk silken tofu and make it creamy in a large bowl.
Make the dough: Add sugar and honey and whisk until smooth.
Make the dough: Add all-purpose flour and baking powder and combine thoroughly with a spatula.
Fry: Heat oil over medium heat, make balls using spoons and drop them into the oil. Fry until browned, flipping as needed.
Topping: Roll them in the sugar of your choice (Cinnamon, kinako, or cacao).
