Tomatillo Salsa Verde for Tacos
Chuck the tomatillos and rinse all the vegetables.

Boil the peppers, onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatillos and boil everything for 8 more minutes.

Boil until fork tender (but not mushy).

Add cooked ingredients, cilantro, salt and water to a food processor.
