Tomato Feta & Prosciutto Galette
Make crust - pulse flour & salt together to combine

Add the cubed chilled butter and process 10 seconds

Add the egg and process for 5 seconds

Add the ice water and process for 20 seconds or

Until it comes together into a dough

Dump out onto pastic wrap and shape into a disc, wrap and refrigerate at least 30 min

Make creamy feta spread: process feta, garlic, & herbs until combined

Then add the softened cream cheese and process until smooth

Spread creamy feta over it

Season with herb blend

Add prosciutto

Fold edges over

Brush edges with egg wash

Sprinkle edges with sesame seeds (optional)

Drizzle with a touch of olive oil and bake

Until bubbling and golden

Allow a few minutes for it cool

Then slice and enjoy
