Tomato Paratha & Raita
What you'll need
2 cups
Wheat Flour
1 tbsp
Garam Masala
1 tbsp
Coriander Powder
1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 🌢
To taste
Salt
1/2 cup
Tomato Puree
Ginger + Garlic + Onion + Green Chilli Paste
1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder
As required
Oil
As required
Water
Curd (For Raita)
Chopped
Onion Cucumber (Raita)
To make tomato puree.Blanch, Peel and blend tomatoes

To wheat flour add coriander,red chilli powder,garlic ginger onion chilli paste, tomato puree,salt.

knead to smooth and soft dough adding water as required.

Roll & roast Parantha with ghee/oil

In a bowl, stir the curd till smooth. Add the cucumber, onions, salt.Sprinkle cumin,chilli powder

Serve tomato paratha immediately with any raita / kurma or any curry of your choice.
