What you will need: a kettlebell (or a household item you can use as a weight) & resistance band

Lateral Side Steps: 40 seconds

Lemon Squeezer: 40 seconds
3
Lean back on forearms and squeeze legs in and out over the kettlebell
Squat to Upright Row: 40 seconds

Leg Lifts: 40 seconds
5
Kettlebell push-up: 40 seconds

Hold kettlebell in one hand, other hand is flat on the ground. Push-up and switch kettlebell to other side
40 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. Repeat circuit 3x. Don’t forget to smile!
