Total Body Toner With A Sock Or Gliding Disk
Using a sock or disk, slide back and pulse 8-10x

You may modify with opposite knee on the floor.

Leg up, knee drive to opposite hand, leg up/cross back

Knee drive as quick as you can!

You can modify by putting your knees down

Repeat the slide 5-8x

Step into your lunge and end with strong pulses.
