• BOAT HOLD • Chest open while back is at 45° (feet can be placed on ground)

• RUSSIAN TWISTS • Keep chest open, arms straight, relax shoulders + engage core

• LOW PLANK • Keep back flat + activate core

• LOW PLANK TOE SLIDES • Keep back flat while bringing each leg towards shoulder + keep core engaged

• SQUAT W/ KNEE UP TWIST • Avoid knees shifting over toes + keep chest up

• UNDER/ OVER TUCK • Lower back stays pressed into ground while in hollow boat + knees come to chest

• HOLLOW BOAT HOLD • Press low back into ground + relax shoulders
