Using a chair for support find hip width and shift weight to one foot.
Take a moment to find your focal point and set your intention.
Next inhale lift the knee up belly button level. Flex the foot energy out the heel.
Come back to center and stay focused.
Exhale & open the knee find your footing. Kneecap pointing to the floor.
Keep your focus and enjoy the balance. Honor your level and energy.
Bring the hands to prayer next to the heart of just one hand.
Grow when you want to grow and breathe deep into the lungs and in between the ribs.
Sway like a tree in the wind.
Release the pose as gracefully as you went in.
You did it! Repeat to create energetic balance.
