Tricia's One-pan Beef & Broccoli!!
Keeping the root attached. Make slices into the onion vertically, then roll it on its side and cut again for the perfect dice.

Sautee onions in grapeseed oil - which has a high smoke point. Ideal for stir fry.

Sear beef on a med-high heat until its at 130F. Remove from wok (it contines to cook at rest) and will be returned to the wok later.

Pan Sauce - low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, PC Asian seasoning, pressed garlic, and crushed ginger to the skillet. Cook until it begins to simmer.

Add stock, broccoli, and extra seasonings if desired. Cover wok and cook for about 4 min. until fork tender, longer if its frozen.

Return beef to the wok, and lower the heat. Cook for several minutes to allow the flavors to blend, or until beef is at 145F.

Top with sesame seeds, and green onions. Serve over rice, or cauliflower rice for a lower carb option. Enjoy!
