Triple Citrus Glazed Grilled Salmon
Gather- 3/4 c. OJ, 1/4 lime & lemon juice, 1/4 chix broth, 1 garlic clove, 2 T orange marmalade AND
2 T soy sauce, 1 T white wine vinegar, 1 T brown sugar, 1 T butter, dash of salt & pepper
Bring ingredients to boil. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until the glaze reduces and turns syrupy.
Brush both sides of fillets with olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper & salt.
Grill on medium high for 4 minutes per side. Brush with glaze during the last 2 minutes.
Transfer salmon to serving plate and brush with remaining glaze.
