Tuna and Scallion Tamagoyaki (Japanese Rolled Omelette)
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 canned tuna, 1 scallion, 2 Tbsp soy milk, pinch of salt.
Chop 1 scallion.

Beat eggs, and try to cut the chunk of egg white with chopsticks(do not whip it).

Add all ingredients, give it a stir, and make an egg mixture.

Heat tamagoyaki pan over medium heat, and spread oil with paper towel

1st later: pour 1/3 of the egg mixture. When the surface is almost cooked, roll it from the back

2nd layer: pour half of the egg mixture, and roll it slowly making sure the surface is not torn

3rd layer: pour the rest, and roll it slowly
