Turkey Cabbage Skillet Recipe
Whisk miso, soy sauce, water, syrup, vinegar, ginger and lime juice to make the sauce.

Chop the veggies- cabbage, red pepper and onions.

Add the onion to the skillet with the oil, cook for a few minutes, then add the turkey.

Stir in the peppers after the turkey has browned on outside.

Add the cabbage in two batches.

Stir in the sauce, then cook covered for 5 minutes to finish the dish.

Serve over rice and enjoy with a glass of white wine. Cheers!
