Turkey: Turkish Coffee
In an ibrik, add water, coffee, sugar to taste, a pinch of ground clove (or cardamom). Bring to a boil over medium to high heat.

Lower heat to medium then mix with a spoon.

Take a teaspoon of the foam and pour it into the cup. Then place the ibrik back on low heat.

Put ibrik back on low heat so coffee creates more foam. Remove ibrik from heat and pour coffee in cup. Serve hot with a glass of cold water.
