Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower (oil-free vegan)

Chop two heads of cauliflower into florets. Rinse with water.
Place on a foil-lined spreadsheet. Sprinkle on 3-5 cloves of minced garlic.
Add 2t turmeric and stir to coat.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, stir, and bake another 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
