Tuscan Chicken Pasta Lactose Free
Cut 1 1/2 lbs. of chicken breast into 1/2” cubes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add 2 tsp. of Italian seasoning.

Add 2 tablespoons of garlic infused canola oil in Quick Cooker.

Set Quick Cooker to sear. Heat for two minutes.

Toss chicken with seasoning.

Take yellow onion and peel.

Put chicken in Quick Cooker. Stir occasionally.

Cut onion into chunks.

Process 1/2 of onion till diced.

Place one jar of drained sun dried tomatoes in manual food processor. Process till diced.

Add onion, sun dried tomatoes into Quick Cooker.

Add 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed, into quick cooker.

Cook for 2 minutes. Press cancel. Add 4 cups of chicken stock to quick cooker.

Add one 16oz box of penne to quick cooker.

Press penne down in the chicken stock.

Lock lid. Close steam vent. Custom setting for 5 minutes.

Manual release steam. Stir.

Add in 5 oz of fresh spinach.

Add 8oz of cream cheese, softened. Stir.

Add in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese. Stir. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
