Tuscan Chicken Pasta
Set the Quick Cooker to Sear for 5 minutes before adding 2 Tbsp of olive oil
Cut up chicken (breast or thigh) & add to the inner pot
Chop one onion in the Manual Food Chopper & add to the inner pot
Peel & slice 5 cloves of garlic & add to the inner pot
Measure out 3/4 cup of white wine, add to pot to deglaze
Add one box of pasta, one carton (4 cups) of chicken broth and salt & pepper to the pot
Open one can of fire roasted tomatoes and stir into the pot
Set the Quick Cooker on Custom for 5 minutes; manually release the pressure when it’s done
Cook one pound of bacon. Cutting it in smaller pieces ahead of time reduces cooking time
Add 1 cup of heavy whipped cream and 1 cup of shredded Parm to the pot
Stir in 8 oz of spinach in until wilted, then add half the crumbled bacon
Chiffon fresh basil with the Herb Mill. Constantly shaking the Herb Mill helps the ceramic ball weigh down the herbs
Add a sprinkle of Parm, crumbled bacon & fresh basil to your plate. Enjoy!
