Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Season chicken breast

Seer chicken breast in 2 Tbs of Olive Oil in Quick Cooker on the Seer setting.

Remove chicken and add 1 Tbs of olive oil if needed. Add chopped onion and 1 Tbs of minced garlic.

Add one jar of Sun-ripened tomatoes that have been drained

Stir in 2 cups of Chicken broth

Add 3 cups of pasta

Add 1 cup of Evaporated Milk

Add chicken back on top of pasta

Set on custom setting for 4 minutes

When finished do a manual release

Stir in 8 oz. of cream cheese that has been cubed

Add 1-1/2 cup of Shredded Parmigiana cheese

Stir in 4 cups of Spinach

Slice chicken into cubes

Stir in chicken
