Tuscan Chicken Spaghetti in the Quick Cooker
On the “sear” setting, sauté 2 chicken breasts, one sliced onion and 4 garlic cloves in extra-virgin olive oil for 3 minutes.

Add 32 ounces of chicken broth

Add 1 can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes

Add one pound of spaghetti, broken in half, then stir lightly and season with salt and pepper

Select the “custom” setting and set time for 5 minutes. Press “start”

Do a quick release, set the Quick Cooker to “sear” and add 1 cup heavy cream

Add 1 cup shredded Parmesan and stir, let the sauce thicken for 2 minutes

Top with crumbled cooked bacon

Add 2 cups baby spinach leaves. Turn off heat and let the spinach wilt

Top with additional Parmesan and serve!
