Twice Baked Potato Casserole
What you'll need
1/2 cup
Milk
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1 teaspoon
Spice House Bridgeport seasoning
1 cup
Shredded cheese
1 teaspoon
Salt
2 pounds
Potatoes
6 slices
Bacon
3 tablespoons
Butter
1 cup
Sour Cream
2 pounds of potatoes

Place in pressure cooker, add 1 cup water.

Lock lid, set valve to seal. Cook on high 15 minutes.

Set valve to release steam. Carefully remove lid. It’ll be steamy!

Carefully remove potatoes to a plate and set aside to cool.

While potatoes are cooking, fry 6 slices bacon. Remove cooked bacon and set aside.

When potatoes are cool, peel them and place them in a mixing bowl.

Then mash them, but leave them a little lumpy.

Add all of this!

1 cup sour cream. 3 tbsp butter. 1/2 cup milk. 1 cup shredded cheese. Seasoning.

Add the cooked bacon.

Place the casserole into a small slow cooker.

Cook on low for two hours. This will be long enough to reheat the casserole.
