Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Peel and cube up 6 Russet Potatoes and put into Quick Cooker. Add 1 cup of water into pot.

Make sure steam clouds are aligned . Select CUSTOM ,then TIME and subtract to 8 mins. Press start!

Drain potatoes. Mash potatoes with masher. Add 4 oz of cream cheese and 2/3 cup of sour cream.

Add in 4 tbsp of butter and slowly mix in 1/2 of milk. Just a little at a time.

Add in 1 tsbp of garlic salt , 1 tsp of salt .and 1 1/2 cups of colby jack cheese. Blend together.

Add in sliced green onions and 1/2 cup of cooked bacon. Stir to combine.

Pour potatoe mixture into your enameled 2qt cast iron skillet. Spread to evenly distribute.

Add on remaining toppings. Colby jack cheese, green onions and bacon.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 -30mins or until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot.
