Two Ingredient Chocolate Ganache Filling
Chop chocolate so it melts evenly.

Heat cream in a heavy saucepan just until it starts to form tiny bubbles on the edge.

Pour cream over chocolate, and let it sit 2 minutes.

Stir gently with a spatula until mixed.

Once it comes together, let it cool to room temperature.

Place the chocolate into a mixer and whip 2-3 minutes.

Spread immediately on a cake, or refrigerate to use later.
