ULTIMATE AB CIRCUIT: For Beginners
Perform each exercise for 30 sec with 10 sec rest inbetween. Repeat for 3 circuits.
Leg circles: Keep your legs above the ground and move them in a circular motion.

Alternating Toe Taps

Russian Twist: Focus on rotating your body to each side, and engage your core !

V-ups: Use your core to bring your knees closer to your chest

Side Plank Crunches: Maintain a side plank to do the crunch. Do 30 sec on EACH SIDE.

Deadbugs: Engage your core as you slowly bring down your leg and the opposite arm.

Plank to Knee Tuck : Engage your core as you bring your knee to tuck it to your elbow.
