Umm Ali (Egyptian Dessert)
In a pot add milk, condensed milk, cream, cinnamon and cardamom powder and vanilla extract mix well

Mix well and cook on medium-low heat for 20 mins
Cut croissant to bite size and place them to baking dish. Sprinkle nuts, coconut, raisins

After 20 mins swift of the heat and strain the milk and keep aside

Pour milk over the croissant. Make sure you add enough of milk. Press the croissant down

Take a can of heavy cream add condensed milk mix well. Apply over the croissant and milk evenly

Put it in the oven to bake for 30 to 35 mins at 390 F or till it changes the colour to golden.
