Use Sourdough Discard To Make Crumpets
1 cup sourdough discard, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 - 2 TBSP honey

Mix all ingredients

Let sit for about 5 minutes until bubbles form.

Scoop batter into a heated, greased cast iron pan.

Cook on low until the top is set. No need to flip!

Serve immediately or cool and store in the fridge.

Reheat in the toaster or toaster oven. Enjoy!
