Start with a foam armor or prop piece.

Trace twice onto Worbla, leaving a 1/4”- 1/2” allowance.

Trim out with scissors.

Warm with heat gun. Drape Worbla over foam. Carefully pinch & press heated Worbla into surfaces.

Repeat for other side. Reheat as necessary.
