Get your props! 1 block and a bolster

Option 1: go wide with the knees and bring the arms long in front of you

Option 2: support yourself in your forearms if for any reason you want to leave your head up!

Option 3: use a block or the back of the hands to support your forehead

Option 4: separate the knees and use a bolster in between the legs to support your body!

Always adapt the pose to your body and not your body to the pose!
