Cook the noodles in boiling water
Add a teaspoon of oil
Hakka noodles are cooked and ready
Drain water and run noodles under cold water
Place a pan over high heat and add oil
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
Add spring onions and sauté
Add all the veggies and sauté
Add salt and black pepper
Add apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
Add Red chili sauce or Sriracha sauce
Now add the al-dente Hakka noodles
Toss and mix with tongs
Garnish with spring onions
Serve warm. Enjoy Veg Hakka noodles
