Salt To Taste
Heat some oil and add cumin seeds. Saute till they splutter.

Add a handful of cashewnuts. Saute till golden brown

To this, add thinly sliced onions. Cook till translucent.

Then add the other veggies and saute for a minute.

Finally add the pulao masala

and kitchen king masala(any brand)

Finally add the rinsed rice

Add salt to taste

Add water( 1 cup rice=1.5 cups water) and let it cook till 3 whistles
